Lamp is great however it arrived with a crack in the bottom. It’s not super noticeable so I just have the non cracked size facing outward but still a little disappointing for the price

Kind of wish that it was glass but that kind of defeats the purpose. Also wish that customers were able to choose the wattage of the bulb that is sent out with the lamp (obv I have the corded version) as the one it ships with was way too bright for my space. Even better would be to sell the corded version with the dimmable specs of the cordless version but make it a lamp in which one could use a replaceable bulb. Overall a nice lamp that has a cool design.

Terrible customer service, terrible marketing. First off would like to state that if the direct seller offers coupon codes for their own website… I.e. for signing up for their mailing list, text notifications there shouldn’t be exclusions to what you can use said promo code for.

I get these are 3d printed and take some time to produce however, my order was placed 8/16, I got a notification that it was shipping 8/23… and then nothing happened. The tracking info never updated, I had to reach out and suddenly my parcel started moving. Kinda unimpressed. If you’re ordering from this brand I strongly suggest doing so through a third party retailer that is more reliable with customer service and getting items shipped out in a timely manner.

I’m only leaving a review because I was prompted to, because it sent me an email asking for my to review my order… and in the email it even said “you should’ve recieved your order by now, tell us what you think.” I thought it was ironic since I haven’t, and had to reach out to them directly to check on its status.

Overhead lighting is not allowed in my apartment. This lamp is absolutely a vibe. Highly recommended. I replaced the bulb with a Philips Hue bulb and it is absolute perfection. Layers well with other lamps. I’m surprised how bright this lamp can be. 10 out of 10.
