Every lamp is made to order in our tiny Brooklyn studio (closet, really). At the moment, we can put out about 60 lamps a week, which puts our lead time for most orders at about 4 weeks, though sometimes it is faster. We try to limit sales to prevent lead times of longer than a month.

Rest assured, we are working on your order. If your order was placed more than 28 days ago, feel free to reach out to our support team and we will work to get your order out ASAP.

Totally! We’ve successfully used Philips Hue and Feit Electric smart bulbs, though any LED smart bulb fitted with an E26 socket should work.

The lightbulb should just come out normally by unscrewing it. We may have overtightened it on our end which has caused it to get jammed in.

1. Grab the cord grip (the metal part at the bottom where the cord is connected to the base)

2. Twist the bulb slightly tighter until you feel a bit of resistance from the cord grip (don't tighten too much) What we're trying to do here is to fully grip the socket to the cord grip so that you can untwist the bulb)

3. Try to unscrew the lightbulb again, still holding on to the cord grip. If you feel the socket loosen again, try to do the previous step again but a little bit tighter and then try to unscrew the bulb again.

No for lamps, yes for other products. As of right now, due to the voltage difference in each country, we are only shipping lamps to the US, Canada and Mexico for safety reasons. However, our clocks, ceramics, and other non-electrical items can be shipped most places around the world.
