A new era for our favorite lamp.
CS.01 – Arcas makes use of 3D printing, custom-written code, and a careful eye on design to produce a unique and delightful object weaving together art and science.
The lamp mesmerizes with its unique ability to appear both solid and translucent; the bulb fades in and out of view depending on where you’re standing and give it a surreal charm. We’re so excited more people will now be able to enjoy the Arcas Lamp.

Love the CS.01 Arcas so much. It’s beautiful on my bedroom dresser. I assembled it carefully because it seems a bit delicate but I think it’s pretty durable for what it is. Only thing is that I wish I could use a dimmable smart bulb like a Phillips Hue. I plugged it into a Phillips smart outlet for now.
Very good looking lamp, was bigger than I expected from the images. Luckily I found a YouTube video showing the assembly so that was easy. This lamp may not be for you though if you like things standardized and free of minor inconsistencies. Keep in mind it is 3-D printed so some spots and lines may look inconsistent (as well as light shining through the shade) from the rest of the lamp. I was hesitant to keep it but it’s just too good looking to get rid of.
I really love the look of this lamp. It’s really groovy like something from the Jetsons. But trying to assemble all six appendages into the ring at once it’s kind of a pain in the ass without glue.
There must have been an error with the print and the top is unfinished. Not sure why this would still be shipped when it’s clearly defective. Disappointed!
