Payment
- Payment due up front
Cancellation policy
- Orders $2500+ are 50% non-refundable
- Orders of 100+ units are non-refundable
- Orders due within 7 days are non-refundable
- Any modification to a confirmed order that affects materials already in production will be treated as a cancellation of the affected units. The original deposit is non-refundable in these cases.
- 24 hour grace period - no penalty for modifications/cancelations
Shipping
- Shipping will be quoted on a case by case basis
Rush - eligibility determined based on size of order
- If delivery of $2500+ is 7 days or less from time of order: no trade discount + 20% rush fee
- If delivery of $2500+ is 2 weeks or less from time of order: no trade discount, no rush fee
