Helios Sconce

I purchased this lamp about 1.5 years ago and wanted to share a long-term review. When I first ordered the sconce, the shade was delivered broken - the layers of the 3-D print had delaminated. While Wooj Customer Service quickly sent me a replacement, it was once again packaged badly and came broke again, in the same way. I had to visit their studio in-person for a third shade to make sure it didn’t arrive broken.

Now, less than 1.5 years later, the base of the sconce stopped working suddenly. I had only installed it in one place, but even after trying a new bulb, it no longer works. Because I’m outside the 1-year warranty period, my only option is to purchase a $100 replacement, despite the fact that it seems unreasonable to expect a light fixture to fail in under 18 months.

These designs are very pretty, but do purchase with caution - there are some QC issues to be aware of.

I do love the look of the lamp and the overall style. Unfortunately, the shade part of it has a blemish in terms of the perforations on one side and reads as a slightly darker patch. I think this is a quality control issue since I was not buying a second, but it is disappointing. I have another lamp of yours and there are absolutely no issues with it and both are great great stylistically.

Absolutely stunning. What else can I say! We have not installed the sconces yet - but the quality, look, and feel is far above my expectations. I did not want to write this, but I honestly can not believe there is access to this level of design in NY. Truly, thank you for your work and staying available to everyone!

Very happy with the Helios Sconce. It's a very pretty design and the bulb is balanced well. The 3D print feels a bit too delicate for our liking but it looks great in our space.

This is one of the most beautiful designs that I have come across. It looks magical in person; the light is soft, the adjustment mechanism is smooth, and the 3D printed shade is so well-done that leaves me no choice but to praise the craftsmanship.
